What is coaching?

Coaching is an opportunity to explore possibilities and perspectives. Different from therapy in that we will look to the present moment, not the past, and keep the focus on making meaningful change in the aspects of your life that you identify as no longer serving you. This can lead to an incredible shift towards deep and lasting personal development.

Why coaching?

Coaching is often helpful at times of transition or upheaval when you are hoping to develop resilience based habits that will make your journey one of growth and renewal.

How does it work?

Reach out via the Contact page so that we can schedule a 30 minute, free call to assess if we might like to work together. If we move forward, we will finalize duration, cost and cadence of coaching and schedule our first session which will act as discovery. At our next session I will provide a coaching plan and agreement that we will review and which will guide us through our work together. During coaching I will offer resources, practices and activities specific to your unique situation.
